When entering your claim amount, do not include the shipping cost initially; it will be added to your total reimbursement if your claim is approved. Lost Packages: Wait at least 30 days from the shipment date before filing a claim for lost packages.
Damaged Packages: Claims for damage can be submitted at any time.
