Update: Due to an emergency chemical leak and mandatory local authority evacuations in Cypress, CA, our LAX processing hub in the area has temporarily suspended operations today, Friday, May 22nd.

All local road access to the facility is currently shut down. As this disruption precedes the upcoming 3-day US based holiday weekend, please note the following:

  • Shipment Processing: No shipments within this hub will be processed today and possibly into the weekend
  • Expected Delays: Shipping merchants and recipients should anticipate slight delays in processing, final delivery times, and tracking status updates.

We are actively monitoring local safety guidance to resume normal operations as soon as it is safe to return.
