When entering your claim amount, do not include the shipping cost initially; it will be added to your total reimbursement if your claim is approved. Please note the following guidelines for submitting claims:

Lost Packages: Wait at least 30 days from the shipment date before filing a claim for lost packages.

Damaged Packages: Claims for damage can be submitted at any time.

Submission Deadline: All claims must be filed within 90 days of the shipment date.

Processing Time: Claims processing can take up to three weeks. If you haven’t heard back within this timeframe, contact GlobalPost customer service for assistance.

Is there a minimum number of packages I must ship for international shipments?
