Shoppers initiate their return through the Metapack Returns Portal, choose a return method, and print a prepaid label.

How are returns consolidated and delivered?

Parcels are dropped off locally, sent to a UK consolidation hub, and grouped onto pallets for line-haul back to the original retailer’s warehouse.

Can I track return parcels?

Yes. All parcels are tracked. Scan events appear in the Metapack Returns Portal so you can monitor return status and process refunds confidently.

Is customer support available for returns?

Yes. GlobalPost provides dedicated support staff to help with return-related questions from retailers.
