Update: Heavy rainfall causes flooding and transport disruptions : Media sources on July 12 reported that heavy rainfall triggered flash flooding, transport disruptions, and road closures in parts of Catalonia, Spain, while hailstorms and strong winds affected parts of Valencia. Localized flooding reportedly continues to impact affected areas.
