Philippines – Severe Weather

Update:Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost), wishes to inform that weather conditions have improved and all postal operations, including mail processing and delivery, have therefore resumed as normal with effect from 23 September 2025.   PHLPost thanks all for their understanding and cooperation during the disruption.

Update: Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) wishes to inform that owing to severe weather conditions currently affecting certain parts of the country, postal operations will be suspended from 1 September 2025 and until further notice for the safety of its personnel and the public.   The areas affected are Metropolitan Manila and the following provinces:   * Bulacan * Cavite * Negros Occidental * Pampanga * Antique * Oriental Mindoro * Quezon * Rizal * Laguna * Camarines Norte * Camarines Sur * Albay * Sorsogon * Catanduanes * Masbate * Northern Samar   All inbound and outbound mail services will be affected during this period. PHLPost is monitoring the situation closely and will resume normal operations as soon as conditions permit. PHLPost apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause and thanks all for their understanding.
