Update: Heavy rainfall causes flooding in parts of Durango City, Mexico : Media sources reported on July 12 that heavy rainfall caused flooding in parts of Durango city, Mexico, at around 15:00 local time on the same day. The most affected areas are Jardines de Durango, Azcapotzalco, and Durango Boulevard. Emergency services carried out clean-up and drainage operations. Business and transport disruptions are likely while flooding persists.
