Hong Kong – Tropical Cyclone

Update: Hongkong Post, a designated operator of China (specifically for the special administrative region of Hong Kong), wishes to inform that a No. 8 tropical cyclone warning signal was raised on 20 July 2025 for Typhoon Wipha.   The operations of the mail tracking office and customer relationship management call centres serving EMS and letters and parcels transported by air are affected.   As a result, the processing and conveyance of all local and inbound/outbound international mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) will be subject to disruption. Quality of service will be affected for all postal services, including inbound and outbound Speedpost, Air Parcel and Air Registered Mail items.   Hongkong Post expects the disruption to last for at least one day while the accumulated backlogs are cleared.   Hongkong Post thanks all for their understanding.
