United Kingdom and Northern Ireland – IT Issues

Update: The designated operator of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Royal Mail, wishes to inform of an IT issue affecting EMSEVT scanning data for a significant volume of inbound parcels and small packets sent to the United Kingdom.   Following an internal system change on 11 August 2025, certain tracking events recorded in the Royal Mail track-and-trace systems and online tools are not reaching origin postal operators or the global electronic data interchange. Royal Mail’s IT suppliers are investigating the root cause of this issue.  Royal Mail apologizes for any inconvenience. Royal Mail thanks all for their cooperation in this matter.
