Hong Kong – Black Level Rainstorm

Update: Hongkong Post, a designated operator of China (specifically for the special administrative region of Hong Kong), wishes to inform that a black level rainstorm warning was issued on 5 August 2025 at 5.50 local time. The processing and delivery of all mail (letters, parcels and EMS) will be affected.
